We all understand that the banks need the customer more than they need the banks and as a result they come up with ways to entice you – but they are still hung up with old practices that seem to benefit them more than you.

Initially we are stripping apart Citibank ‘from the inside’. We think they have one of the best reward programs (ThankYou Network) and flexible banking relationship available. Their problem is that they are not very good at communicating it and it can seem like you are stuck with fees – when in fact you can avoid and evade them.
